Hello. I'm trying to code and create a 'mirror' for my 3d game and I'm wondering what type of coding and statements i would need to use. Is there a statement where I could get and return the view of the mirror? For instance, let's say there's another player standing where the mirror would be, facing outward...could I get whatever that player sees on his screen and send it to another location? (such as viewable in a mirror or monitor screen) I'm not exactly new to programming in java but i've never tried something like this before. I assume it's similar to making cameras work in a game, where you get the view of the camera and make it visible on a surface such as a monitor. Well anyway, my main goal is to get the mirror to work...I've already created the object and everything, but as of right now its a mirror with transparent glass instead of it being reflective. Any ideas? I can't seem to figure it out.

The simplest was is to create an array of bytes/ints out of the object and then do the horizontal swap. I've attached a link where someone has tried that before.
I would also use an engine and give the mirror a reflective property. I know Game Engines like the one by Blender (not a Java engine, but very powerful) allow you to do this. It's not clear what you are using.
