how do i hook up bullet tweeters 10 points?
i have some american bass super Titanium bullet tweeter and i need to no how to hook them up do i need the cross overs for them or what
can u tell me step by step i don't have the cross over they have this yellow resistor on them so will i blow them if i just hook them up
yes if you hook up tweeters to the back of your head unit you will blow them. How do I know? glad you asked. I was a stereo nut in high school and blew 3 tweeters before I realized that 1. those resistors must just be there for show 2. you need an equalizer and 4-channel amp to get the full effect from a tweeter and 3. honestly after they were installed, the correct way I really didn't notice a difference.
So if you still want to install them buy an equalizer unless you want to throw those bullet tweeters away within a few months.
