Tips on using thinning shears?
I have a longer shag but I need to use thinning shears because otherwise my hair is too weighed down. I like the natural flip that my hair gets after it has been thinned out.
What are the instructions on using thinning shears? Do you cut half way down the section, just the tip, or more near to the scalp?
