I really needed a sub to watch my movies because the Polk sub I have right now (psw110) sucked so I saw this NXG sub on amazon and I pull the plug.
So is this a good choice I made hence I bought it for less.

You can really judge a speaker by it's specs. Beside that I have not heard of this brand before. Polk audio is a name brand. Better sub woofers are like JBL, Infinity, Definitive Technology, Paradigm, Energy, Mirage, Focal and MARTIN Logan just to name a few. It is better to go to a retail store and demo the speaker before paying for it. A 100 watt sub woofer is plenty of power for most customers. Hope this will help you out.
