This is the only sub which will fit well in my car. I have an old hatchback, 82 Celica, and a box will not fit so this is my only alternative to give me the room to cary my gear around in my boot still. Ive heard from a friend that 'slim line' subs have double the voice coil or something so it puts out almost double the strength of the sound waves as a normal sub.. This is the only one i can get so i really have no choice in the matter but the bottom line is:

2. How COULD i make it pump out more or would it already be pretty good as is like its advertised?

It's a pretty decent sub for its size, you could probably get two of them and put one under both front seats. Some people like that just because its out of the way and discreet. I personally don't like putting them under the seat because I know somebody that did that and there sub was toast. The reason for this is because there is no room for the heat to escape.
Second question it should already be good how it is. You can always get a second one to make an even 1200w max which is worthless because you will never reach that much without blowing both subs. You will however be bumpin 400w rms which is decent considering the size of those.
