the amp i am getting does not come with a bass remote control. i found this RF and was wondering if it would work with a kenwood. i assume that this control lets you adjusts the bass inside the car

yes it would. but get this insted dude you would be alot happier. it wil make your system come alive and it comes with a bass remote control built-in.
wire it the same way you would to with the back of the radio. run the rcas from the bass amplifer into the sub of the EQ and buy a 10in rca cable and run it from the rear of the radio to the rear of the EQ and you will work it from your EQ
