Alright I am about to buy a new setup for Christmas. I wanted to get :
would this setup be loud? i know L7's are not known for quality, but how about for loudness? Can you recomend any thing different? Please comment on my setup first before recomending anything. I want this set up to be loud and be able to feel it.

Since those subs are dual 4 ohm, you can wire them to 1 ohm, however, the total watts RMS of the two subs is 1500 watts, 800 watts less than the amp. It will be too easy to blow those subs.
To get a closer match, you'll want two 1100 watt RMS 4 ohm DVC (dual voice coil) subs and wire all the coils in parallel.
