I have two 15" Kicker CompVRs Dual-Voice-Coil 2-ohm subwoofers, and I'm trying to get the most fitting amp I can. I am also trying to get everything from best buy for warranty purposes.

Power Acoustik is one of the many low-cost brands that that don't rate their amps accurately. Judging by the pair of 40A fuses the amp probably doesn't produce more than 800 or 900w rms, and that would occur at its minimum impedance of 1 ohm. With your pair of dvc 2's your minimum impedance option would be 2 ohms where you would probably get something around 600w rms -- 300 per sub.
That's enough for them to run pretty well, but you won't be pushing them to their limits by any means.
