To get the most power, and also keep the amp safe, you will have to wire the subs' coils in series (8ohm), and parallel the set for a 4ohm load.
2ohm DVC subs would have netted you the 1000w that amp is rated at; but you might find that 500 watts per sub isn't necessary.
From the subs you have chosen, I'm going to guess you are working on a budget. There isn't anything wrong with that at all; and mention it only to keep you from making a costly mistake. If you find that the 300w isn't enough for you, don't wire those subs down to 1ohm to extract more power. You could burn that amp up before you know it, and have to start over, now $300+ dollars in the whole.
