Confusion installing car alarm?
Ive bought a microscan an311 alarm system and have managed to connect half of it up, howvere there are 4 wires im unsure of, while I know that i can call the technical helpline, im only free at weekends when this option isnt available.
Yellow wire - 12v 500mA negative output when alarm is armed, for immobiliser relay (This is for the upgraded alarm, not mine). It can also be used to 2switch" interfaces and/ or interior sensers.
Orange Wire - 12v 300mA Negative output when the alarm is sounding. Connect to pager trigger &/or interal siren. (Dont think need this).
Its the Next 2 im really stuck on. What/ where are the lock/ unlock circuits on the car (corsa)?
Blue Wire - 12v Negative on arm, Connect to "Lock" Circuit of vehicle.
Green Wire - 12v Negative on disarm, connect to "Unlock" circuit of vehicle.

Hi there, the wires you refer to are to connect to the central locking system on your car (if fitted!). The blue wire will give a signal to lock the doors when you turn on the alarm, the green will give a signal to unlock when you turn off the alarm. Without looking at the wiring diagram for your car, it's impossible to tell you where to connect them.
If you don't have central locking, just tape up the blue and green wires and ignore them.
If you do have central locking, and a fair understanding of electrics, a Haynes manual may show you where you need to connect them.
