Some nights when I close my eyes in total darkness, I can see or sense a white glowing light that seems to be coming from the top of my head. I can see it from of the top of my eyes in my peripheral. The light does not seem to come from my eyes themselves, but seems like it's in my head. I also wear a sleeping mask and can still see it when I open my eyes with the mask on looking straight into the darkness. That can also weird because at times it is like I am looking through the darkness not being blinded by it. Is this odd at all and what could be causing this? I'm not looking at lights before this happens or putting pressure on my eyes. I don't wear corrective lenses.
I've tried seeing my husband's and pet's auras, but am not experienced enough to fully comprehend the practice. It's definitely not a problem with my eyes. I think it's something to do with something spiritual though I don't know what.
Some people can see there own energy field. Its their aura. Do you see other peoples? In almost every one it is a purely useless ability. Wont hurt you though! It does work more when your vision is blocked.
