Hey how are you?I re-doin my room and i thought it would be really cool to get some sort of neon or led lights under my bed but i dont know what lights to use or how to go about doin it,any help is greatly appreciated!
I built a platform bed and under-lit it, and it looked awesome! I mirrored the base of the platform and then ran rope lighting around the top of the base and put the box springs and mattress on top of the base. The mirror reflected the flooring, and the lighting made the bed look like it was floating in mid-air----very cool.
If you have a standard bedframe with four legs, just find a box or a crate which will slide under you bed to the center. Then, you can wrap some rope lights around the box, plug it in, and you're ready! You won't see the box or the rope lights, just the glow from the rope lights.
