I am restoring a 1989 Camaro and I am putting in it a 350ci. engine out of a 1989 GMC suburban. I need a rebuild kit for the engine. I need to know where I can find one and how much it will cost me.
I own a shop, and rebuild a lot of engines. The best place to get the parts is from northern auto parts. I haven't seen anyone out there that can beat these prices. I have purchased several complete engine kits from them over the past few years, and have no complaints about their service, or the quality of their parts. Someone mentioned lowesville, and they are pretty cheap also, but I don't think they have everything you need like northern does. How does $169.99 for every thing you need including pistons, cam, rings, bearings, cam set, oil pump, lifters, freeze plugs, and even the complete gasket set.
