So i went to our junk yard and i pulled a pioneer deh-p5900ib deck out of a car, but it had no faceplate on it. So i have 2 questions, 1: is there any other faceplate that would fit it, maybe the deh-p4900ib or the deh-p6900ib because i cant find a faceplate for mine anywhere. My other question is, so i found one place, at the pioneer parts store, and they have my model at this web site: http://www.partstore.com/Model/Pioneer+Electronics/Pioneer/DEHP5900IB.aspx?SearchTerm=True ..But they have 2 different things, one they call the grill unit (detach f/p) for 45 bucks and another called the Pioneer XXA7517 Detachable Faceplate for 190 bucks, which one would be the faceplate? the entire deck only goes for about 170-180. They dont have any info on them when you click on them and they dont have any pics either
Go to ebay and plug in pioneer deh-p5900ib, you will find a few face plates on there. I did.
