How can I fit my car, motorcycle and 4 large boxes and more in a one car garage?
I have a one car garage and too much stuff in there to park my car and motorcycle so I need some serious shelving for low cost. Looking for "do it yourself" solution or some kind of stack-able solution that can take the weight and size of my items.
I think for the amount of stuff I have, I will need two 28" deep by 30" wide shelves as tall as the ceiling or one shelf that is 30"x30" wide. The bulk of what I need to store is about 4 28"x28" large boxes that weigh from 15LBS-25LBS each. I have another 4-5 small-medium boxes and another 7 15" flat-screen LCD monitor boxes.

You can go with several different ways to add storage without spending a lot of money in the process.
You can find some of these items up on sites like Craigslist.com or if you work in a large facility you can spread the word around that your looking for items for storage.
I currently have an old entertainment center at one end of the garage and a storage closet on the other side, both located at the opening of the garage. I found garage sale cabinets for $20. each and I have them at the nose end of the garage and about a foot from the ceiling, I use this space for additional storage, along the track for the garage door I have shelves that run along that sides at the same height as the track. Hooks at one corner to hang bikes and small lawn equipment. I have two T Shelf brackets to hang up yet, those will go above the center area above the car and we will run long boards to extend the length out. You could use a ceiling shelf which you can buy in various sizes. Most the items I bought were garage sale finds and cost us about $150 for it all, it doesn't look the best, but i am a bit envious of my neighbors garage who is maxed out with all matching decor, from one end to another. The area below the cabinets you could store your motorcycle there, I have a lawn mower and a tool chest there along with other garden tools and a storage cabinet.
