people don't know how to drive. they either merge on the freeway at forty miles per hour or drive next to someone ten miles under the speed limit doing the same speed on a two lane highway. these people are clearly morons and sadly don't know who they are or the trouble they cause.
i never hesitate to flash and honk my horn at these people, but they still don't seem to get the clue or act like a deer in headlights. i have made a casing of LED's that strobes similar to a law vehicle with all white LED's. ALL WHITE! NOT red, blue or yellow...WHITE! i am using this technique to motivate people to move out of my way when they see me coming up from behind them. is this legal or not? i don't want a yes or no. explain why and what laws say so and what if there are any loopholes or leeway to the situation. please show me your sources. i live in the Houston Texas (YUK!) area and hate every bit of it. and yes I do plan on moving to answer anyone that wants to be a smart ass.
