What car amplifier should I buy for 2 Kicker Comp CVR's (red and silver ones) 800 watt rms and 1600 watt peak?
I was looking between the Hifonix Brutus 1608 or 1208d or a Kicker ZX-750.1 But i don't know if either a good enough or which is better. If not what other amps are good for around the 200$ price range?

First we need to find out what voice coil and Ohm those subs are, go here and enter the number and voice coil and ohm load, it will give you wiring diagrams for how to get the most power.
Most likely it will be 1,2, or 4 ohm stable.
Then just find an amp that runs the 1600rms at that ohm lv stable.
I will give you an example on how this works using two 500watt RMS 4ohm DVC's subs.
Option 1 (parallel/parallel) = 1 ohm load
Voice coils wired in parallel, speakers wired in parallel
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 1 ohm mono
Option 2 (series/parallel) = 4 ohm load
Voice coils wired in series, speakers wired in parallel
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 4, 2, or 1 ohm mono
Option 1 lets you wire (parallel/parallel) = 1 ohm load.

in your case you will need a amp that puts 1600watts in to either a 1,2 or 4 ohm load, w/o knowing your subs i cant help you much more.
The Hifonix Brutus 1608 will only work if your subs can be wired to 1ohm for example.
